Unhappy with Customer Service

I wanted to hear the offer from the sales rep. However I did not think it would be something I would ultimately be interested in. I wanted to give him an opportunity and quite honestly I wanted to feel out his technique. How would he convince me I needed what he had? Would he ask and uncover my needs and then mold his offering to satisfy my desires? Twenty minutes of trying times ensued whereby the undaunting perseverance of Scott the sales guy ultimately drove me to ask for Mr. Manager…I couldn’t hang up on Scott, well I could have but I didn’t.

I understand the concept of not taking no for an answer, but there are times when personal reputation and brand credibility come into the picture. Listen to your customer(s).
